Called about having my battery tested to see if I need to replace it. Russ said to come on in and he'd check it for me. Needed a new battery that they were able to install for me also let me know that my existing alternator was not charging the new battery and I should replace as well. When asked who he'd could recommend to install the alternator I went ahead and purchased the part. Thank you Russ and staff for helping me get my truck back on the road again.
I am sorry I already forgot the guys name that helped me. Was broken down in my RV he though his store had the correct alternator but didn't. He offered to drive me to a competition box store to help get the correct one. Super awesome guys. Thank yuns again.
If it is hard to find start here. The guys are extremely helpful. Highly recommend this NAPA store.
Had a dead battery. Called and Russ helped find the correct battery and get me back on the road. Great service!!
