Excellent staff members. They are very friendly and helpful. They had exactly what I needed for my 2006 Silverado 1500. I grew up in Oceanway. NAPA has always served Jacksonville Fl with integrity and the best automotive parts and prices around. Bravo 👏
These people refused to let my father a 90 year old veterian use thier restroom to urainate. He was wainting in my vechicle, He got out of the while I was finishing up a purchase. He holbled into the store to be denied use of the restroom. The counter clerk point blank lied about to status of the restrooms I spent over 30K with the Johnson Brothers, I will never go there again. Disgraceful!
