We have been shopping at Napa for over 40 years. We travel the country and wherever we are at we always find a Napa store if we ever need parts. We purchased two Napa batteries for our 2020 Ford F450 in August 2023. One of the two batteries failed at the end of July this year. We stopped to get the batteries replaced as they were still under the two year warranty. This store would not honor the warranty as our receipt was not legible. Front desk lady was rude and aggressive, she couldn't help me canceling an item I ordered online, told me to wait 30 days to get a refund, I basically told her how to do a refund, embarrassing how a customer has to tell you how to do your job
