Always has everything you need, and if they don't, they will get it figured out quickly. I do like the fact that napa has a payment option and is willing to help people out that need a part right then, even if you don't have the money.

I was purchasing a battery online to get a 20% discount on a truck battery, finished paying and setting up for pickup all done.
