Totally rude. I bought a cabin air filter that didn't fit. Bunched up when you slide it into the CAF compartment. I took it back inside and they treated me like I was an idiot. I've been changing these types of things since I was a teenager. I'm not an idiot. The one that was in there slides in and out with no issue.After I brought it back in, he basically said I was stuck with it because it was a little beat up. I’ve been getting parts here since 2015 when I started working at Intel and I’ve always had great service. Have had an issue or two where I got the wrong part but they always did their best to make it right.
Unfortunately I HAVE to work with Napa because closest store to order parts from. Super slow and seems like no knowledge.
