Went there for windshield wipers for my Mini Cooper. The wipers are stored behind the counter. The female cust rep was very helpful. I told her I wanted the bead type of wipers. She only gave me the one option, which were over $30 each. I would have liked to have seen the different options with the different prices. But since I had just replaced my front windshield, I am happy with having the expensive wipers. I just would have liked to have been asked if I wanted to compare the types of wipers available.
