Great staff, good attitude, very professional, fast service and good prices.
The NAPA store is generally okay — they have a wide selection of auto parts and car accessories, and the prices are reasonable. However, the service could be much better. Unfortunately, the staff are not very knowledgeable: they often mix up parts, can’t always find the right item, and sometimes give inaccurate advice. You have to double-check everything yourself. If the employees were more professional, the store would definitely deserve a higher rating.
Always great service and knowledge. Kim helped me figure out the problem with my car and fix it.
I haven't seen anything better than this.
