It took too long to receive my order, but it was better in the recent past. 2nd Reply-What's going on at NAPA?? Months before this last order, I was emailed that the order was in. Then, I am at the same store for something else, and my order has been sitting there for days. Who is dropping the ball?? Also, MAPS is not correct on the location of the South Austin store. It has not been updated. NAPA parts are superior to AutoZone & all the other part stores. Please, repair this ordering issue.
Sold me a bad battery that my car struggles to start on. Refused to replace the battery, as their little hand held tester shows it's good. Suggested an electrical issue with my car draining the battery. Took car to be looked at for electrical issues that could drain the battery. No issues found. Voltage drops lower than expected while starting on the napa battery though. Suggested replacing the battery. Got another new battery from Walmart. Now my car starts great on the Walmart battery with no issue and im stuck with a $175... read more
