They had the part I needed, but the cashier who answered the phone wanted a part number for brake grease. A part number for a consumable is nuts. When I got there, he justified it by saying he didn't know if he had it without the part number. The consumables like RTV were ten feet away. I feel like these are the kind of people who ask you if you have an automatic or manual transmission when looking for wiper blades.
