I probably wouldn't even give one star. Bought break pads from the location on Broadway, had them installed and still had the metal on metal grinding noise when breaking. Took my car to a mechanic to see what was wrong. It was defective break pads. Had to pay more money out of pocket to get good break pads on my car from the mechanic. Tried to take the break pads back and was told by Troy that I didn't buy them from Napa. I have my receipt to show that they were purchased.
