First experience with napa and the Doors were locked an hour after open and no one to be seen in the store or to pick ip the phone after i called 2-3 times

Bought a tool that was on some kind of clearance but wasn't told it was on clearance and there was no warranty. The tool broke and now I cant get my money back because they never notified me there was no warranty.
