I spent several hundred dollars at NAPA on a Carlyle 3/4" drive ratchet and two Carlyle sockets. I used the ratchet and sockets one time for a single job and realized they weren't the right fit for what I needed. When I went back to return them, I was told they would not accept the return because I no longer had the original tags, despite having my receipt and the tools being in essentially like-new condition.
