Great experience here. Dropped off a battery to get tested, turned out to be not working. They called me and figured out my warranty for me with zero hassle whatsoever, and had everything ready to go when I arrived. Couldn’t have asked for better service.
It's an ok store. I personally prefer Oreilys or Autozone in Tigard. There's two locations for Autozone and an Oreilys close to an Autozone. That's just my preference. Booty booty booty
Needed hard to find battery cables. Misty and Erich went above and beyond, to help me get what I needed. Great store and great staff. Can't say enough good about them. Ill be back!
Tigard Hall Blvd NAPA Auto Parts I’ve been at this store three (3) different times. The team at this store provides excellent customer service!! They are knowledgeable and very willing to provide assistance. They are positive, upbeat and easy to provide what the Customer needs. Highly recommend this store and team!!!!!
I have a 1971 C-10 pickup. Tough to find parts for this old vehicle but NAPA often times comes through. Today, I needed a "Parking Brake Strut Spring" - an oval shaped spring that does not come in the Wagner kit. They looked high and low to no avail but fortunately I had the old spring (broken in two) an the nice NAPA guy says, "let's take a picture and search." Thirty seconds later we had a part number. NAPA does not stock this part, but he directed me to Amazon where I could have the spring for $6.99 delivered to my house ... read more
