Been going here for years and the employees have always been so helpful. They will go out of their way and the extra mile unlike any other auto parts store that I have been to. I wish I knew the name of the lady and gentleman that helped me open my key fob last week but thank you so much for your assistance!!
These guys are so very professional they generously helped my kids change their flat tire on their way to school. This is a great NAPA obviously performing above and beyond the call of duty.
It doesn't look very big when you walk in, but they have a fairly impressive inventory behind the counter. I've always found the staff to be friendly and helpful.
Great experience here. Dropped off a battery to get tested, turned out to be not working. They called me and figured out my warranty for me with zero hassle whatsoever, and had everything ready to go when I arrived. Couldn’t have asked for better service.
It's an ok store. I personally prefer Oreilys or Autozone in Tigard. There's two locations for Autozone and an Oreilys close to an Autozone. That's just my preference. Booty booty booty
