Came in with a dead battery for my 2023 Subaru Outback Wilderness. They quoted me $275+ for a Group 35 AGM — which I understand is needed for my vehicle, but that price is way above what other stores charge for the same battery. I also asked if they could help me with a jump since I was stuck right outside the store, and they said it’s against policy. I get the liability angle, but it was frustrating to be left hanging with zero effort to assist. Ended up going elsewhere.
