Great store,but horrible guys working here.Was in twice now with my old filters off my machine to be cross referenced and first time it was the store manger with glass and slick hair and he sent me home with only 2/3 of the filter i needed got home and realized went back and he says oh sorry we don’t have that but didn’t say that when I was there first time and i went on my phone and found and then he got it.Now I went in and was cross referenced the wrong filter and almost stripped my machines thread because i was told this... read more
Hey guy that answered the phone and hung up on me this morning, you should really consider approaching your mornings in a positive way. I don’t care who you are or what you have going on in your life but, it’s 750am and it’s too early for any type of disrespect like that. And I sure as hell didn’t do anything to warrant such. I really hope that you find a better way to maintain your attitude man. Cause at this point you suck at it.
