Wendell at the Alston MA store has been a tremendous help to me after traveling 1/2 hr to get there. He expertise is appreciated!!
Don't usually leave bad reviews but wow. I just asked if they were sure a part wasn't in stock and got an abusive rant in return. I wasn't accusing them of lying or anything I just wanted to make sure because another employee told me earlier it was in stock. I don't want to make assumptions but I hope prejudice wasn't involved... The other staff are great, its a shame.
