Just walked in and picked up the part I ordered and paid for online.
Napa used to be the go-to place.. everybody was knowledgeable of inventory and needs. I've been to three of them in the area and they're all the same. order takers, and overwhelmed with 2 customers it's sad
Was awesome service.. in and out with no problem
The rating for this store should be -5 Across the three states all my life and this location is by far been the worst experience over the last 10 years, what you would call conveniently located near your residence or shop, they take the convenience out of everything. And yeah I tried to give benefit of the doubt because the turn around of the employees, I'll wait a year and return and just like all previous times nothing's changed it's like banging your head on the wall you know you're going to get hurt but you keep going an... read more
Never enough staff. Sit around and wait for them to acknowledge you. One person working on a Saturday at 1pm. Line out the door and staff takes their sweet time. You get paid to be there, we don’t. Answers the phone and takes and order when the line is four people deep.
