This store is a bit sad, run down. I tried to do an online order but they didn't have the parts in that the website said. Not there fault but the rest of the experience was sub par.
NAPA Auto Parts has been one of the most disappointing businesses I have dealt with as a small business owner. As a commercial customer, I expected basic communication, professionalism, and reliable service. Unfortunately, getting someone to answer the phone was consistently difficult. If I could give them zero stars I would. The employees park in the handicap spot so I couldn't park there and when I tried to have a conversation about it I was told to pull up the the door "I dont care" very rude and then I was told that he wasn't going to help me and to leave the store. I'll be calling corporate on Monday
Just walked in and picked up the part I ordered and paid for online.
Napa used to be the go-to place.. everybody was knowledgeable of inventory and needs. I've been to three of them in the area and they're all the same. order takers, and overwhelmed with 2 customers it's sad
