Hector was 1 cool cat. He was calm, cool, and collective. Called in for an inventory check regarding the inverter coolant for a 2008 Prius. He took the time to look into his computer system and found out that the item I needed had to be purchased at the Toyota dealership. Other auto parts in town are quick to get off the phone as soon as they answer. Hector is the PEOPLE'S CHAMPION second to none service.
