Really friendly counterman. Helped me find a real specific oil. I just did not see it. Hard to find good friendly folks that know what they are doing. I've never had a issue getting help at this store.
I went in clueless! Immediately I was asked if I need any help. The gentleman looked up my rear wiper blade part up found just what I needed. He even offered to put it in for me which I greatly appreciated because the last one wasn’t on correctly and fell off. He even had me turn it on and test it because the last one from another place was also the wrong size and scratched my car. Thank you thank you thank you!!! I’ll be back for sure.
Update your hours. Napa website and google don't match the actual hours. You closed at 4 on Saturday. Not 5 as the site says.
Warm and friendly service. They had the part I was looking for. They double check to make sure it was the right one. Got it for a good price too
