Good customer service i wouldn't go to any other part store for my parts.
My truck lost 2 mph I stopped into the West Allis Napa Auto parts and asked the guy at the counter if he had any ideas, he told me to try out cleaning the mass air flow sensor and check the air filter. I cleaned the mass air flow sensor and it cleared up the problem!! Thanks Napa Auto parts guy!!! (I'm sorry I didn't catch your name).
I came on a Sunday to a NAPA on Loomis for an item. The item was not at that store so the employee referred us to another NAPA on Greenfield AVE . I checked online and it said that it was closed on Sundays so the employee at the Loomis NAPA called to make sure that the item was in stock and to make sure they were even open. He successful called the NAPA on greenfield and asked if he can hold the item for us “I’m sending a couple there”.
