Only come here if you want to be overcharged and completely ignored. 4 employees in the store, only 1 at a register, who was with another customer. Had 3 employees come towards the register to get the phone but the callers must have hung up everytime because none of them actually answered the phone. Also none of the 4 even bothered to acknowledge me and say it will just be a moment. Usually Napa has pretty good customer service skills, but not this location. This is the last visit to this location I will make.
I believe the name is Dave or David, absolutely useless I asked for a part and he was unable to find it I then told him the part number and he still claimed “we don’t source those” so i explained to him I found it online on their website and i could have it delivered to the store in a day and he gave me attitude saying “order it online then” absolutely unprofessional, this is why nobody goes to Napa do better.
