Great staff... actually have real parts and knowledge you need at a fair price
The store gets 2-stars because historically they have been good to work with. Today I came in, two employees behind a wall were talking about the Beverly Hillbillies tv show and didn't acknowledge the door chime, another customer comes so the door chimes again and they still ignore us. Too busy discussing the finer points of 60's tv. I asked if someone was working the counter and a finally man came from behind the wall. When I asked for a coupler and showed him my hydraulic line there was no effort to understand the request ... read more
Just left the Napa, to have our engine codes, red, and Josh was the young man that helped us. He was absolutely amazing very knowledgeable and gave us great customer service. I highly recommend if anybody lives off N. Traffic Way I would go to this NAPA store, hands-down. Thank you, Josh you were amazing!
