The store gets 2-stars because historically they have been good to work with. Today I came in, two employees behind a wall were talking about the Beverly Hillbillies tv show and didn't acknowledge the door chime, another customer comes so the door chimes again and they still ignore us. Too busy discussing the finer points of 60's tv. I asked if someone was working the counter and a finally man came from behind the wall. Just left the Napa, to have our engine codes, red, and Josh was the young man that helped us. He was absolutely amazing very knowledgeable and gave us great customer service. I highly recommend if anybody lives off N. Traffic Way I would go to this NAPA store, hands-down. Thank you, Josh you were amazing!
Amazing Customer Service , Very Knowledgable Staff . Had The Wiper Blades I Needed ( Exact Fit ) Love Them And Not Sure Why Discontinued !
They do not know car's got brakes for a car they gave me truck pads then insisted they were correct. Person after person came in returning stuff bc it was wronge. So I should have known better but I got them to may son's to change my pads these were as I said 2x to big we had to go to a different napa to get the correct ones.
