long wait on phone...longer wait in person..... with basic part need ...not in stock......
Tim was so helpful when I came in this week. He helped research what kind of battery I needed for my car and went the extra mile to locate one, which wasn't in stock in the store I was in. He was super friendly and answered all my questions with detail. Great customer service!!
