Been on hold for seven minutes stupid ridiculous
I have been to this location twice and each time, I've had excellent customer service from Matthew Lang. He made it easy to find what I needed. This week, I went in for replacement low beam headlight bulbs, as both of mine were burnt out. He assisted me with getting them replaced. I am so grateful for his help. Thank you, Matthew. You're an asset to Napa Auto Parts.
Super helpful, very friendly, and had all the parts I needed. Caliper, brake pads, rotors, wipe blade, oil, and oil filter. Quick and efficient.
Dean is the guy that is knowledgeable and will help you quick. Ask for Dean every time you call.
Website says they close at 7 but if you waste your time going there at 4:30 you'll find the store is closed. Nothing better when you have a dying vehicle. The employees here consistently leave the Open sign turned on and then lock up and go home. This is the 4th time now.
