Good guys they might give you the wrong part so either bring your bad one in or know what it's supposed to look like.
Went to Napa today, June 22, 2025. The only man behind the counter was helping a customer for about 20 min. Plus. Never said hello. Never said I will be with you in a moment. He said nothing. Piss poor customer service. Don't expect to have the red carpet rolled out. But at least acknowledge that another customer walked in the door. In addition to that, there prices are way to high. Maybe if the service was better they could get away with treating customers as inanimate objects.
I needed help with a part for my car. Went in & Doug came to my car to help me put the part in. He was so kind & helpful. Very knowledgeable about automotive products. Doug is an asset to your company. I wish more people were like him. Excellent service.
