Bait and Switch! I ordered 2 wheel hubs on Napa's website and was offered 20% off if I ordered online and picked up in store. I got the email confirming my order and the price due. When I got there, the store personnel (3 of them) refused to honor the price that I had on paper and wanted to upcharge me $86. They first lied, and said the discount was only for ship to home. Had to handle a warranty issue with a battery from our Florida store. Seamless transaction good customer service.
Crooked business practices. They offer 20% off on batteries. The battery I chose says 20% eligible. Go to the cart, and it shows the discount applied. Go to checkout, and it says you can only pay in store at this location, and the discount dissappears. Bait and switch. I'm done with Napa.
