Great service and help with battery finding. Great priced.
They Used to be the BEST Auto Parts Store in Manassas Va, but since Napa Corporate took over operating this store, it's Terrible Now. The Inventory is Terrible, the Customer Service is the Worst, and many Long Time Napa Wholesale Customers have Stopped Buying at this Napa Store and started Buying from the other Auto Parts Stores Nearby! 1☆
I work at one of their competitors, and I must say, I needed a part for my personal car that my company would've needed to order and would've taken a week to get to me. Napa had the part on hand and for that, I'm grateful
The worst. Slow and no sense of urgency. 15 minute wait to tell me they do not have a $3 pack of universal clamps when online and in-store system says they have it. They also couldn’t locate another customer’s order. Terrible.
