Moved to the area 2 years ago and have found the staff friendly and helpful for my battery, oil and various automotive needs. The napa’s I had around me in Washington repeatedly had associates with unfriendly demeanor. While I wish more parts were made in USA still, this eagle location gets 5 stars for the staff there.
Was in need of getting an oil cap for a vehicle. Was told this location had the part in stock. Gave them vin, year, make, model, engine, etc. and asked atleast a few times to verify that they had the correct oil cap. I was assured that it was the correct one. Surely enough, after my half an hour commute, they in fact gave me the incorrect oil cap, and did not have the correct one on hand that they claimed to. Stuff happens and I’m sure I’ll be back but this was a huge inconvenience.
