Dude in there tried to tell me that top post battery terminals were the same size for automotive batteries and that the different sized terminals only applied to marine batteries. I went over to the automotive batteries and pointed to the posts showing the negative terminal to be a bit smaller and he still tried to tell me that he'd been working on cars forever and installed audio systems, still saying they were the same size. They are very knowledgable and helpful. Thomas is always there to help with a ton of different needs for my mobile mechanics business. He always gets the parts for me fast even the hard to find parts. Thanks to the guys at Napa
Customer service was Awesome
Only 4 stars bc while customer service was fine and online ordering was easy, no where was a time slot for us to pick up our part so I was thoroughly confused when I was told I’d have to wait until a specific time to pick up. And bc I don’t have a car right now, had to ask another person to pick it up for me twice. That’s all, they’re way nicer than the ppl at Advanced Auto on Lafayette
