I used the internet order placement and received word that the new battery was ready for pickup in less than half an hour. When I picked it up I was greeted by the counter person and out the door in 3 minutes. Returning the core was a breeze and done in 2 minutes. I'm glad to have the Chardon NAPA store within 5 minutes of my home. I always get good service and products. Thank you.
