SLOWEST part store you'll ever deal with. 10min plus hold times on the phone regardless of if they are busy or dead empty. I've called from the parking lot to test my theory and sure enough with an empty store I still get put on hold immediately. If I could get the filters I needed from somewhere else I would. You're better off calling another Napa and having them tell you if this store has them in stock then trying to get through to anyone at this location. Customer service leaves a lot to be desired at this location.

I went here with my mechanic because I called them and asked if they had a transmission gasket for my 2010 chevrolet camaro lt v6 car and they gave me one but it was the wrong one that had 18 holes instead of the 17 holes one for my transmission so now I will have to go back and get my money back and give them the wrong one back to them!
