I hate to say this because the problem is so fixable....But nevertheless...Here we go..... Went there to get some brake calipers. I spoke with a lady on the phone 15 mins prior to say I was on the way. And when I showed up there were 2 lady's working, and I asked if the one who greeted me was the one I spoke with earlier. She said it wasn't her.. She was in training. Another kinda similar looking girl came over rather rudely assisted her in putting in my order. Went in for a part which they said they had in stock. Guy who was there was super nice and helpful. Pulled the part out of the box(ball joint) and we compared it. Very helpful and knowledgeable. So much better than the competition I have been to in this area. I was treated like a human. It was refreshing.
I had a very good experience at NAPA Auto Parts Store located at 1307 E. Little Creek Drive this morning. After purchasing an engine air filter and windshield wiper blades from Kevin, who was very helpful, 'Peanut' snapped on the windshield wipers and replace the air filter in my car. I was very grateful for this service! I will most likely return to this NAPA Auto Parts Store for this excellent customer service.
