Rude customer service.
I am a diehard NAPA auto parts guy. These guys weren't interested in taking my warranty part and giving me a new one. Said that they aren't on the same system as corporate. Didn't suggest I go to a corporate store, but would be happy to sell me a new one and I could try to return mine at the store I got it from? If corporate isn't providing the jobber stores with everything the corporate stores get, there's a problem. I had to ask if there was a corporate store anywhere near. Ordered online and picked up on store. Had to pick up some extras while I was there and everything was super easy. Very knowledgeable team helped me find what I needed and made the trip great. Nice location too and easy to get into and out of. Definitely will be shopping here from now on.
