Made a "ship to store" purchase from the NAPA website. One of my parts failed to come in the shipment. The asst manager Jay bent over backwards to find a solution.

Right parts for 15 dodge dart, helpful, friendly
I purchased snow chains for out of state training in case they were needed. I called in to ask if they are refundable if they weren’t used and they said yes. When time came to return them the manager argued they weren’t refundable rather than finding a solution. I dislike escalating situations but this was a 200+ purchase and had to get NAPA customer service to get a refund.
Worst customer service in a parts store I've ever gotten. Went to Napa in Vista to get a belt I knew they had. The guy took about a minute to tell me they didn't have it and couldn't get it. Went to the AutoZone the guy spent 15 minutes measuring belts looking up part numbers and found the belt. Going to a NAPA in North County is a joke now. Only left one star because you can't leave ZERO
