The owners that own that business is very very unprofessional professional and very very disrespectful I recommend no one goes to his business the wrong person it's going to get a hold to him

I am a professional mechanic/shop owner, I always call VVA for any hard to find parts or tools. The machine shop is the best, been bringing work to Mike for about four years now, always the best. Phil and the crew are always helpful and knowledgeable. Really enjoy the new larger location. Wish they had a vallejo location closer to my shop, but worth the drive.
this is 9/21/17 I just left the new store behind sportspage. the clerk and his partner were not at all helpful. I picked up the items I needed and headed for the registers. one of the clerks had piles of money on the counter counting it. the other clerk was eating crackers. I asked where do you want me to go and the bald clerk said I don't care where you go. if I had not been in a hurry I would have walked out. I've done business with these guys for many years. They have at least a couple hundred years auto parts knowledge between the group as a whole. 99%of they have what you need in stock. If not they can have it before close if they order before noon. It is the autoparts store of the past that has survived into the future by being friendly, fast, price comparable & above all they stand behind their parts & about unheard of is they keep their word. Our church van full of teens broke down on a Friday afternoon right before quitting time for most garages. Several mechanics said no to our emergency, but Jack said yes and rescued us by working Friday evening and Saturday morning to get us back on the road! Jack was an answer to our prayers!
I recently acquired a used 2010 SRX. This vehicle needed some TLC. Chuck and Jake did an excellent job replacing the electronic power strut in a timely manner and at a fair price. I took the SRX back a week later to replace the backup camera and chrome trim. Once again, they knocked it out of the park! This week, my rearview mirror became disconnected from the windshield.
