I placed a online order reservation and they let someone else take the product. Whats the point of a online reservation? I might have been ok with it had I got a call and a voicemail before I came and wasted my time to try and pick it up. I won’t waste my time again.
5 employees and not one of them would lift a finger to help me with a simple killswitch, I was the only customer in the store. I went in to buy a kill switch for 18$, they had to overnight order it for no extra fee. They put the part in my name and my girlfriend went to pick it up the next day and they tried charging her 48$. The day after that I went in and explained to them their mistake, they gave the part to me for 18$ because I had it screenshot saved on my phone.
