No written return policy and the rudeness is amazing, I asked the manager to please show me the return policy and was told no!
Memorial weekend we were headed home to eastern Oregon on our Motorcycles, one of the bikes lost the nuts on the front and back head pipes. Napa was open on Sunday, they got us what we needed and let us use tools, when we went to pay they didn’t even charge us. You guys rock!!! Thank you so much for your help and getting us home safely!!!
