First off, dont make your customers do your job for you. You can easily attach ends to a battery cable. If you dont have the parts then you should offer to order them in. We shouldn't have to call again to ask for parts to be ordered. I was a manager for a NAPA store and these folks here act like they have no clue what's going on. They had to order battery cable and connectors from another store for us which took until the next day, then when asked if the parts came in they said they could "figure something out for us".
