Helpful & knowledgeable staff. They worked hard to find what I needed and helped transfer items to get me down the road. Good work
Tim and the rest of staff are awesome. Tim even helped my husband to bring very heavy truck parts out to truck. Well run store and well air conditioned.
Store will not accept returns of online shipping to home purchases even though the return policy online states they do. Only way to find out if a store is corporate or local and actually takes returns is to call their customer service. Instead of stating that and explaining it, they chose to say that they don't make any money in them so they've been told by the owner to not do it. Manager was incredibly hostile.
