They're the only auto parts store in all of Fresno, that had the parts I needed right then. The parts were for a 07 Civic, even though I had to drive to two different locations, it was worth it to have it when I needed it. Thanks NAPA!!!!!
Napa is always good, went to buy special socket and as usual they had it very satisfied with their professional staff 😀
I had the pleasure of being tended to by Olivia. She was professional and provided excellent customer service. I wanted 3 sleeves with the coils for my f150 but they were located in other Napas. She got the coils delivered to the store and called me within 2 hours for pickup. I was not expecting them until much later if the afternoon if not the following day. Really please with the great customer service !!
