I had the pleasure of being tended to by Olivia. She was professional and provided excellent customer service. I wanted 3 sleeves with the coils for my f150 but they were located in other Napas. She got the coils delivered to the store and called me within 2 hours for pickup. I was not expecting them until much later if the afternoon if not the following day. Really please with the great customer service !!
The service is very bad and they have no sense to talk
I was told I would have to go to another store as they were unable to provide me with assistance unloading a heavy item.
