I just had to share that I pulled into the store with a dead battery and not only did they give me the tools to replace it myself, they gave me credit for the core of my old battery, and because I was a teacher I got a discount through my district that I didn’t know about because the employee was super helpful. I’m so appreciative. They got me back on the road within 20 minutes, and it was just sweet. I would not hesitate to go here again.

I’m not a frequent customer of the Hastings Napa, but have been there recently for a few things and the customer service is top notch! Every person I have either talked to on the phone or worked with in person has been very friendly and completely willing to help anyway they could! Why would I go anywhere else?

A while back I had purchased from Napa auto a alternator failed after 30 days replacement, alternator failed after 28 days bought a battery dead an. Arrival, one installing bought a starter, not 1, but 3 all have failed within 2 months the motto I should've listened to goes as buy Napa B stranded. Should've listened.
