Very knowledgeable staff
This location used to be great. Not anymore. Most helpful individuals have left or are no longer at this location. Recently have had incorrect part after incorrect part, parts not delivered at all. employees have changed account and messed up billing. Delivered to wrong location. Been told parts don’t exist just to call another Napa location and find that it’s in stock not only at that location but also in stock at this location where I originally called. Went to exchange rear brake pads I had purchased yesterday for a front rotor and the assistant manager who had helped with my check out didn't even try to ask what my price range was and just sold me the most expensive one there was on top of not being very friendly
NAPA in Ontario, NY is a great store that has a lot of items in stock. The team members are great and very knowledgeable. If you can't find what is needed in store, the online experience is also great. I am typically working on projects that are custom and can almost always find what I need. The quality of the parts are typically better than what you receive at competing stores.
