I have been buying them for well over 25 years, both a commercial account and personal parts purchase for myself and they have come through each and every time. Really the only true parts store left in Huntsville. Wanted to give a big shout out to Kim for supporting the Rocket City Mustang car show this weekend.
It seems not fair to leave this 1star review on my local store. As they didnt specificialy do me wrong. But I will say to everyone to stay away from napa parts. I spent over 700$ replacing a CV axle with the "napa premium line" the axle blew in 2months. The customer service was a joke. 8 days my car sitting in the shop before I finally have a supervisor approve my refund "since they cant fufill the warranty and send me another axle" 8 Days and the turn around is supposedly 48 business hours.
