Muy buen servicio
I purchased two parts one of on order. And I was paid full price without negotiating. And when I went back to pick up the part that was paid for and I forgot to get my receipt and I live almost and half away they charged me $5 for a copy of a receipt. Worst customer service. They said it was on their policy but they could prove anything and there is noting on the policy about $5 for printed receipt.
I been buying part for years ,if you need after market parts ,just go to quality auto parts ,this guys has the worst service ever !!all the parts take forever to pull it out ,if you pay already your part and los the receipt even if you had a picture or prove with your card that you pay the part,they don’t give your money back!!worst policy thanks for stealing my money
It has good prices, it is a competitive store in terms of parts. It always has a wide assortment. I only do not like the service it offers. The salesman is not accessible and always seems to be in a bad mood.
