I went to Nantucket's Reef with my mom for the first time. We had to wait to be seated (no line).We didn't get a menu until after waiting for 20 minutes and our drink orders were taken. We waited again for the waiter to come back to take our order. 3 cornbread muffins were served for 2 people. We finally ordered the cod fish stuffed with jumbo lump crab. And guess what we waited again. The cod was wounderful as well as the mashed potatoes, not much crab stuffing but it was good too. Lunch lasted 2 hours from start to finish.... read more
We came here to celebrate my brothers birthday with 9 people. We didn't have a reservation but they were very accommodating. The food was excellent and fresh. Stellar customer service. It is hard to find customer service like this anymore.

Absolutely Amazing! The absolute best Calamari I have ever had (better than Capital Grille!), Wicked Mussels, Scallops, Shrimp, sweet potato fries, muffins and the Ciabatta! Really Fresh! Could taste the Ocean! I cannot recommend Nantucket's Reef enough!! Worth the drive from Springfield!!!!
We have eaten here twice. The restaurant owner and staff are friendly and helpful. The food is very good. The calamari, stuffed cod and bread pudding are especially tasty!
We had a large party meet here for dinner - muscles, calamari, salmon, & oysters were perfect!! Excellent service, excellent food, and had a fantastic time!!!! Thank you - keep up the great work!!!
