Deanna and Hope have been a pleasure to work with, from their consistent communication during my pre-move inquiries to the warm welcome I’ve already felt through community invites and newsletters ahead of my move-in date. While I was somewhat familiar with the grounds from friends who lived here years ago, I had no idea just how many amenities are available… I only wish I had taken advantage of them sooner. I’m grateful to now have that opportunity and truly excited to become part of the Nantucket community!
My family and I have been living here for almost a year. One thing I must say is that the maintenance man Doug has been great! The few times we have had to put in a maintenance request he comes as soon as possible and always fixes the problem for us no matter the size of the issue. The office ladies are also always eager to help us with whatever we may need and have been very helpful and patient with us through out this big change for our family.
Deanna the manager is very helpful and on top of everything. Always helped out with anything I needed and in a timely manner. Property is well kept and is a gated community as well. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for an apartment or town home in this area. The amenities are great as well. Never had any issues while living here.
Great management team and Maintenance crew. Response immediate. I had to learn how to communicate my concerns through the Residential Portal. Once assisted by Management then I was able to communicate and log any issues that arise. They would return a phone call to me Asap. Acknowledging any communication left in with a solution. No major issues here. I'm happy with Managements attention to detail.
Not only is this apartment complex beautiful, spacious and homely but the staff is a dream!!! Deanna and Hope are the two best people I have MET YET! It's very rare to find an apartment manager who genuinely cares, and they do. They went above and beyond to get me and my son a new home. I have never felt so cared for, they feel like family.
