Great place to grow a family it’s safe and mostly quiet, great management. Any issues handy man comes and takes care of it. Great value for the dollar.
I had a tour today with Hope. She was so sweet. I appreciate that she let me see different units for options. She also provided me with a break down on move-in costs. The units are renovated and very nice. It's actually spacious than I thought even though I looked at their virtual tour on their website. Hope understood my current situation and didn't try to pressure me on the spot. I loved all their amenities that they have to offer. It's very clean. Thanks again Hope!
Deanna and Hope have been a pleasure to work with, from their consistent communication during my pre-move inquiries to the warm welcome I’ve already felt through community invites and newsletters ahead of my move-in date. While I was somewhat familiar with the grounds from friends who lived here years ago, I had no idea just how many amenities are available… I only wish I had taken advantage of them sooner. I’m grateful to now have that opportunity and truly excited to become part of the Nantucket community!
My family and I have been living here for almost a year. One thing I must say is that the maintenance man Doug has been great! The few times we have had to put in a maintenance request he comes as soon as possible and always fixes the problem for us no matter the size of the issue. The office ladies are also always eager to help us with whatever we may need and have been very helpful and patient with us through out this big change for our family.
