Unfortunately, we had a very disappointing experience with Nannyberrys. We ordered a custom cake and cookies more than a week in advance for a 9:00 a.m. pickup on our daughter’s birthday. When we arrived on the Saturday morning, we were told the order wasn’t ready because their third-party baker had lost power. I understand that unexpected problems like power outages happen. I recently purchased six dozen cupcakes as dessert for my wedding. They were the most delicious cupcakes I've ever had, and every single one of our guests were inclined to agree. We ordered red velvet, vanilla, chocolate, and lemon. Each flavor was perfectly moist, not too sweet, and the frosting was so perfectly buttery and light, not to mention absolutely beautifully designed. 10/10!
