Yes all the negative reviews are true this guy Del will take your money and do an install and sell you a warranty. When something does happen you will get a hold of him once he will say ok I will call you back and then continue to block your number. We will be taking legal action against this company after multiple text messages and emails and voicemails I gave you a chance to do what’s right but now I’m sorry we will be taking you to court. Hope the 5k was worth it.

Of course Del is going to give himself a good review. Don't use this company. Bunch of hacks. I've been trying to get ahold of them 20Jun2020 left multiple voice messages. Now it'll ring once and go to voice-mail. They installed an AC unit last year. Horrendous installation job. Burnt our carpet. Didn't take any claim to that. Now the AC unit works when it wants to. I switch the breaker and it still wouldn't work, it wants to. I would nudge the unit and it would work. So I'm thinking lose wire. How hard of a fix is that. It ... read more
