I stopped by Nando's PERi-PERi in Washington, DC and had a really enjoyable experience. The restaurant was clean, lively, and had a relaxed atmosphere that made it easy to enjoy the meal. I ordered the flame-grilled chicken with PERi-PERi sauce, and it was juicy, flavorful, and cooked perfectly. The sides were fresh and tasty too. Service was quick and friendly. It’s a great spot when you want something casual, filling, and full of flavor.
Whole restaurant was dirty. Restrooms were disgusting and had no toilet paper. Tables hadn't been wiped down. High chair had food smeared all over it. Wait staff didn't bring enough forks and never came by again. Sides came out cold and tasted like they were cooked several meals ago.
Mango lime chicken and garlic bread armed always awesome.
