The food and the ambiance were great.
Great food as always plus great service....
First, chicken here is delicious and well-prepared. Unfortunately, the place always seems understaffed. Take-out orders advertise a pickup time when you order online, and I always have to wait a very long time for the 1-2 people handling all of the food prep for both dine-in and take-out. I've gotten into the habit of showing up 10-20 minutes "late" for my advertised pickup time, and I still have to wait in line for orders to be prepared. If they improved their staffing, this would be an easy 5 stars.
