For the first time in many years, I found someone at the VA that I thought really cared. Yes, everyone says hello, sir, and thank you for your service, but real, honest, "I'll extend myself" help is few and far between. Dr.Ramroop went the extra mile for me today. She has always been kind and thorough, but today she showed the best of what the VA should be. She was so helpful it makes me tear up. God bless you, Dr. Ramroop.
