She does not listen nor answers questions - does not explains procedures nor does she identify who she nor gives you a business card - Very unprofessional and rude wouldn’t recommend her at all -
Unless you ask very specific questions you will not be given answers. Even if you ask a question she will tell you “not her problem” exact words out of her mouth. She has now caused my mom to be delayed for treatments twice because of her incompetence. If you question her or her staff they are immediately rude and not helpful! Please do your best to have you or your loved ones go elsewhere. See her reviews at other places. I am not the only one with these experiences.
I was nervous going, expecting bad news. The office staff were great. Wait time was tolerable both times. Dr. Biswas was great!....I was expecting a doctor who didn't have time for me or my problem. I did my research on my issue before hand and she was my second opinion. She was thoroughly familiar my issue and ordered all of the necessary tests, including the ones I had hoped for. I will go to her again, hope she sticks around for awhile, and I would recommend her. Great bedside manner!
Overbooked! Lobby waiting time over 2 hours. Not just once but many times. Provider is rude when you ask questions, has no time for questions on many occasions. Under board certifications where is her Oncology Certification? No plaques for oncology certification anywhere in the office only internal medicine. No follow up on prescriptions. Couple diagnosis were wrong, had to get second opinion often. Switched doctor after a year of incompetency and long wait times. I'M DONE
Very poor quality of staff never call patient back after they have lab work done....my daughter had cancer and the doctor toll her she was fine and she was not ok thank god my daughter whent to a specialist and had surgery done......and my mom have her to and she was referral to doctor biswas son and something whent wrong and doctor biswa refuse to treat my mother or even give her any appt.

Dr. BISWAS HAS BEEN ONCOLOGIST SINCE 2007. DR. IS A VERY GOOD PROFESSIONAL DOCTOR. SHE PUTS HERE PATIENTS FIRST IN ENSURING THAT THE BEST AVAILABLE CARE IS PROVIDED. I'VE BEEN CANCER FREE SINCE 2010 THANKS DR. BISWAS.
I was there to see,I was quite nervous especially since she does treat cancer I did not know what to expect,Front desk service the lady or must I say little girl was super rude,always on the phone and I was just standing there waiting for her to acknowledge me NEVER happened. So I was thinking if that's the way I'm being treated from the start I wonder what's waiting for me when I get called back.Doctor BISWAS was GREAT her Medical Staff Very friendly 2young very nice girls. Will recommend.
I gave the doctor a print out of my previous medical record and she handed it back to me all crumpled up like it was trash then when I was trying to tell her about my issues she took a phone call in the middle of my speaking and walked out of the room then I told her that it's quite possibly that I have cancer and I need to have a test done that my previous doctor said I needed to have done and she told me that the state really doesn't cover stuff like that
